Are socks required?

Yes, socks are required to play on the equipment. If you forget your socks at home, we do sell socks at our facility for $2.50 a pair. Parents who are assisting their small children through the play equipment are also required to wear socks.

Can I bring my own food during open play sessions?

You are not allowed to bring in your own food, but our concession stand has plenty of options for food and snacks!

What is the age range for your facility?

Walkers to children who are 12 years of age are permitted to play on our equipment.

Do you offer memberships for your facility?

Not currently, but we have a great deal ready for you with our punch cards.

Punch cards are a great option for families who are planning on coming regularly! They are priced at $75 and include ten punches! Each punch covers the admission of one child, saving you about $35 for children over the age of 2. One of the best advantages the punch card has is that it will never expire! So, whether you bring your kiddos in weekly, monthly, or even yearly, if you have a punch card with you, we’ll honor it!

Are parents allowed on the equipment?

We do not allow parents to play at any time; however, we do allow parents to assist children under the age of 3 and children with special needs.

Is your facility handicap accessible?

Yes, our facility is handicap accessible!

Can I decorate the party room for my child’s party?

Of course! You are more than welcome to bring in your own table decorations, balloons, banners, and anything else you can think of. We do not allow items that hang from the ceiling or include confetti; and items that need to be secured to a wall can only be supported with painter’s tape, which we provide. You may set the party room up yourself, but your party assistant will be more than happy to do that for you so you can enjoy the party with your guests!

Can I schedule a party during open play?

Yes, this would be our Clubhouse Party package. Anyone who comes for open play are also allowed to be in the play rooms, but during the last 40 minutes of your party, you get access to your own private party room!

Do I need to pay up front for the party?

We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a party time spot. This goes towards your overall balance of the party. You pay the remaining balance the day of your party. We do not accept checks as payment.

When do I need to show up for my party?

You only need to show up 10 minutes before your scheduled birthday party time. This 10 minutes is used to bring everything inside and to check waivers! For decorations, our staff will go ahead and set up your party room during the kids play time, so you guys do not have to worry about coming early to set anything up.

Is alcohol allowed for adults during my party?

No, we do not allow alcohol in our facility.
