Are socks required?

Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables. You need to bring socks with you.

Do you rent your inflatables?

Yes, we do have inflatables to rent for offsite use. Click here for more information.

Is your facility handicap accessible?

Yes, much of our facility is handicap accessible for children with limited abilities. Call for special party prices and times.

How many guests can I invite for my party?

You can invite up to 14 guests for the Clubhouse and Bouncerama, 21 for the Slidester and Jumpextravaganza parties. ($10 for each child over the limit)

What if I go over the 14 to 21 guest limit?

You will be charged $10.00 for each additional guest over the limit.

Can I bring my own food?

For a scheduled party you are allowed to bring your own cake, cupcakes, juice boxes and bottles of water. No other food or drink items are allowed.

Is alcohol allowed for the adults during my party?

No alcohol is allowed in our facility.

Can I decorate the party room for my child’s party?

Our party rooms are professionally decorated and we do not allow any items taped or attached to our walls in our party rooms. Additionally; no streamers, confetti, silly string or piƱatas are allowed to be used in our party facility at any time. If these among other items are used, a $50.00 clean up/paint fee may be added to your party total.

What other supplies might I need if I’m bringing in a cake?

We supply all of the plates, forks and napkins. You will need to provide a cake knife, candles and a lighter (no matches please). Don’t forget to bring extra socks in case your guests forget!!!

What is included in the price for each scheduled party?

For each party we provide plates, napkins, forks, and a drink for each child in the party, a party assistant* to help with the follow of your guests and we do the clean-up.
*party assistant for private parties only.

Are you open to the public at all?

Yes, we are open to the public at the following times…
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am – 8pm
Tuesday, Thursday 10am – 4pm

Can I schedule a party during open to the public times?

Yes we offer the 2 hour Clubhouse party, it is our least expensive party.
You can invite up to 14 kids to play with the general public for 1 hour and 20 minutes and your last 40 minutes is in your private party room. Click here for more information.

Do I need to pay up front before the party?

We will need a $100.00 non-refundable deposit when you schedule a party. The rest will be billed at the end of your party (no checks accepted).

What is the age range for having parties at your facility?

We can schedule a party for toddlers to the age of 12.

Do you offer memberships for your facility?

Yes, we have 3-month memberships for sale. Click Here for more details.

Do you have food at your facility?

Yes, our concession is called “Treehouse Treats” we offer ballpark style food, nothing fried.

Will you be doing any fundraisers at your facility?

Yes, we plan to be a part of many fundraising efforts in our community, if you are interested please fill out the Contact Form and we will contact you.

Do we need to sign a Release/Waiver before our children can participate in Open Play or a Party?

Click Here to view and print our release form. This form is for birthday parties, day-cares and schools. No, no need to fill it out for open play times.

Can parents play on the equipment?

We do not allow parents to play at any time; however we do allow parents to assist children under the age of 3 and children with special needs.

Do you offer discounts for special needs children?

Yes, special needs children are always admitted at the under 2 pricing, and an adult may assist any child with special needs if needed.
